D’oodles began with a social media challenge in 2014, where the goal was to share anything every day, for 101 days in a row. So what started out as simple doodles on paper, and which I shared on my social media profiles, quickly aroused the curiosity of friends and family, and before I knew it, many others I didn’t even know.
Originating from within the roots of graphic design, the Doodles* that I create leap from paper, onto the most diverse products used in everyday life. From interior decoration to the world of fashion, every day new ideas with the most varied themes arise for where I can share the drawings that I create.
D’oodles collections arise spontaneously in limited quantities, giving all items a character of exclusivity, making them even more personal and special for each customer.
The brand’s patterns draw inspiration from the African Capulanas and the mandalas that mark the art of India. The aim of the brand is to merge the beautiful patterns of these two cultures in a fresh, fun and lively manner..
I aspire to bring a little bit of this freshness and joy to the hottest days of summer, and also combine it with the comfy Nordic winter style – those days when you just feel like staying warm at home, and simply listening to the rain fall outside.
These ideas only reach outwards because of all the loving support I receive from my parents, friends and others, who just like me, fell in love with these drawings that are so special. So I dedicate the success of this brand to all these people, and I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.
